Some of my labmates have an addiction to spicy Korean food. They are connoisseurs. There is one restaurant, a somewhat squalid joint deep in the heart of Osaka, that the crew occasionally makes a pilgrimage to. I say pilgrimage because it is a 45 minute train ride on multiple lines, followed by a 20 minute walk from the station. I agreed to join them this time around to sample the goods for myself...
