20, 2005 - Back to Kobe (Day 9)
The heaters are designed to turn off automatically after three hours and we awoke in an icebox. Laura asked what time the bus left and then suggested that if we hurried we could catch the first one. We beat a hasty retreat back to Kobe, stashed our packs at the apartment, and spent the rest of the day shopping for gifts. Later that evening we hooked up with Diana and enjoyed a farewell Sushi dinner in Sannomiya.
